When will my order ship?

We are proud to ship within 1 business day! We do not ship on the Sundays or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. Southern Supply Co. is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions/carrier delays.

 

What is your return policy?

Southern Supply Co. does not accept returns on personalized items. For non-personalized items, merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Visit our Returns page for more information.

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Our team works so hard to get it right the first time but we're human y'all. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery - we may not always get it right but we sure will always make it right!

 

Are any of your product pictures mockups?

Heck no! We will never list a product with mocked up photographs. Every single product we sell you we've made with our own hands, taken photographs with in our own studio, because that's how we can be sure we're selling you something that shows up looking like the picture you saw on the internet. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
