RETURNS ON READY-SHIP ITEMS

Due to the limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Of course, if your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, your order will be refunded. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.

To begin the return process, simply send an email to returns@southernsupplyparty.com and a ticket will be created for you.

Please note, our items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns. Unopened packages marked "return to sender" will no longer be accepted. We reserve the right to keep these packages or mail them back at the buyer's expense.

RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Personalized items are made specifically for you in a style options requested by you.. For this reason, personalized items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Defective/flawed personalized items will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
