Ready-Ship Items
Most of our ready-ship items are limited-release and are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Return window: 7 days from the original shipment date
Eligible items: Defective or damaged items only
Outcome: Exchange will be issued if the same item is available.
If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
Late returns: Items postmarked after the 7-day return window will be refused and returned to the sender.
Return shipping: We will inform you during the return process whether return shipping is covered or the customer is responsible.

Personalized Items
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only accept returns for personalized items if they arrive defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
Return window: 7 days from the shipment date
Outcome: Exchange if available; otherwise, refund
Non-defective personalized items: Final sale and not eligible for return
Additional Information
Products must be unused and in their original packaging when returned.
Packages marked “Return to Sender” without authorization will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns to prevent misuse.
